1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of shortform-factory (the "Service"), an internal content management tool operated by Appnics LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is used to manage and publish video content to TikTok accounts operated by us.

2. Description of the Service

The Service allows authorized personnel to connect our own TikTok accounts via TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API), verify the connected account, and upload video content to those accounts. The Service is not offered to the general public and does not manage third-party accounts.

3. Accounts and Access

• Access to the Service is limited to personnel authorized by Appnics LLC.
• TikTok account connections are established through TikTok's official OAuth flow. You may disconnect an account at any time from within the Service.
• Users must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used to publish lawful content to accounts we operate. Any use that violates applicable laws, TikTok's policies, or the rights of third parties is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying software are the property of Appnics LLC. Content published through the Service remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appnics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
